She has a depth of experience working with clients from primary school age, through to young adults in their early 20’s, and finds clients in this age range really respond to her therapeutic approach.
Sarah has a keen interest in working collaboratively with clients and helps them tackle topics and situations they find themselves challenged with at various life stages, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity, self-esteem, body image, and academic stress.
Sarah is a passionate advocate and provider of safe and affirming mental health support to members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Sarah supports clients across the lifespan, but primarily works with children aged 8 and up, through to adults of all ages.
