A key milestone in the development of identity

Adolescence is a key developmental life stage offering young people an opportunity to learn about themselves, solidify their core values and beliefs, and develop their individual identity. Interactions with the world and those around them are vital for healthy development.

The teenage years can often be a confusing time, but for many this has been further compounded by isolation and a lack of social interaction through the pandemic and lockdowns, causing development to stall.

We recognise the value of working with young people at such a pivotal time and aim to provide adolescents with a safe space to explore their challenges and experiences. We offer education and support in applying therapeutic tools which can assist them in strengthening self-worth, confidence, resilience, and self-management, paving the way for healthy functioning as they approach and enter adulthood.
