Louise is our Founder, Creator, Managing Director and driving force here at 4thought Psychology.
She has passionately supported children, adolescents, and families for over thirty years in roles within education, hospitals, and private clinical practice.
As a Senior Psychologist her work centres around anxiety related disorders, trauma, and child related therapeutic interventions. Louise has a specialist interest in supporting families through issues around relationship breakdown, conflict, separation, and Family Court prevention. She believes strongly in preventative interventions and in helping parents navigate separation with respect, dignity, and an emphasis on finding ways to mutually support child welfare and wellbeing.
She continually seeks out new ways in which she can positively impact the emotional wellbeing of her clients and the wider community and is a passionate advocate for incorporating the latest therapeutic approaches into practice, including EMDR, EFT (Tapping), Yoga Therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy to profoundly impact people’s lives.

Kerry is a registered psychologist with over 25 years’ clinical experience, bringing her background in Neuropsychology to the therapeutic realm. She ensures her therapeutic treatment plans are targeted individually to clients’ cognitive capacity and thinking biases and are presented in ways that maximise the brain’s ability to apply learned skills in a meaningful way.
She is passionate about supporting clients of all ages to better understand their emotions, abilities, intuition, and uniqueness so they can enjoy living at their potential. Her work draws on a range of approaches including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness Therapy, Play Therapy and Trauma Re-Scripting,
Kerry supports clients across all life stages, working with children of all ages, adolescents, adults, families & couples.

Maddy is registered Clinical Psychologist with over 5 years clinical experience working extensively across public, private and community mental health sectors. She has completed a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Psychology.
Maddy’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, client-centred and holistic. Her main therapeutic approaches include Compassion-focussed therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and positive psychology-based approaches. Maddy has also developed skills in clinical assessment, formulation, diagnosis, and risk assessment.
Maddy has demonstrated ability in fostering strong therapeutic relationships with a varied range of client groups, but she particularly enjoys working with children, young people, and their families. Maddy helps families connect and communicate more effectively through challenging circumstances. Her approach with children is calm, kind, and playful and she has developed creative ways of effectively teaching children complex skills such as mindfulness of self and others.

Graeme is a registered psychologist, holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. He has extensive experience working with adults, parents, and families in a range of settings, including community health, education, clinical practice, disability, juvenile justice, and child protection.
He has a particular interest in working with adults suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and depression, and with parents whose children have been diagnosed with developmental disorders, including ASD, ADHD, and behaviour disorders such as oppositional defiant disorder.
Graeme’s scope of practice currently focuses on working with adolescents over the age of 15 years and adults seeking support.

Hannah is a registered Clinical Psychologist with clinical experience working with a range of clients across the lifespan in various settings. She has completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours.
Hannah prioritises building a connection with each client to foster safety and acceptance where clients feel free to express themselves authentically. Her approach is genuine, warm, and client-centred, ensuring the client feels heard and valued to facilitate growth, insight, and change.
Hannah has been trained in several different evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
Hannah is passionate about working with adolescents and adults of all ages. Hannah’s expertise focuses on anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem and body image issues, relationship difficulties, stress, perfectionism, and school and work challenges.

Ellie’s area of niche is working with adolescents and adults throughout the life span. With experience working in hospital research, community health, forensic psychology, vulnerable groups, perpetrators and victims of crime, equips Ellie with the ability to navigate complex sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Ellie takes a client-centred approach, ensuring that her interventions and strategies are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Drawing from evidence-based therapies, Ellie incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness in her practice.

Sarah is a Registered Psychologist who passionately focuses her work in supporting young people. She has a depth of experience working with clients from primary school age, through to young adults in their early 20’s, and finds clients in this age range really respond to her therapeutic approach.
Sarah has a keen interest in working collaboratively with clients and helps them tackle topics and situations they find themselves challenged with at various life stages, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity, self-esteem, body image, and academic stress.
Sarah is a passionate advocate and provider of safe and affirming mental health support to members of the LGBTIQA+ community.

Chris Pacher’s career has expanded over 18 years within the education domain teaching psychology in secondary schools to presently completing the final months of his internship as a Provisional Psychologist. He has completed a Master of Professional Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, providing individual treatment for mental health concerns and diagnosed disorders.
Chris’ main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Psychometric Cognitive Assessments. Manuela’s career background is impressive, having previously worked as a lawyer, HR consultant and interpreter working in hospitals, mental health facilities, and prisons. In these environments she witnessed first-hand the devastating effects mental health concerns can have on people.
