Michelle is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults to find their way through difficult times.
With a warm, caring and playful approach, Michelle specialises in trauma-informed care; helping individuals to navigate the effects of past experiences to nurture healing and resilience.
Michelle has worked in hospitals, community mental health services and school settings. This diverse experience has equipped her to address a wide spectrum of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties, and complex trauma.
Michelle brings a neuroaffirming ethos to her work, supporting neurodivergent clients – including those with ADHD and Autism – in a way that respects and celebrates their neurodiversity. Michelle’s practice emphasises understanding individual differences and supporting clients to thrive in environments that might not always accommodate their unique needs.
In private practice, Michelle provides tailored, client-centred therapy grounded in respect, collaboration and psychological safety. Michelle is passionate about empowering clients of all ages to build insight, develop coping strategies and make meaningful change in their lives.
